The Madi Mae’s Rug Washing team has passed rigorous tests to ensure top-notch quality and service. In addition to completing the Master Rug Cleaner Certification, our team is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration, and has the Seal of Approval from the Carpet and Rug Institute

As a former US Marine and FBI Agent, owner James B. Bonner III instills his attitude of excellence and integrity into each member of the Madi Mae team. He has built Madi Mae to be a reputable rug washing and restoration service business based on high-quality service, value, and 100% customer satisfaction. Jim instills the same values in Madi Mae’s sister companies Spartan Emergency Water Removal and Heaven’s Best.
